How I made videos

I use recordmydesktop to do screen casting. Using cinelerra to edit the .oggs (Theora/Vorbis) and render final as .ogg and .mov(MPEG4/pcm). I need this .mov to be converted, no ideas why conversion of .ogg results out of synchronous. I tried to directly render H.264 but cinelerra doesn’t set rate control, therefore libx264 says it won’t work without that. Final videos would be in 800×448 pixels, 15 fps, 64 kbps audio.

Lastly, using ffmpeg with libx264 to convert .mov to .mp4(H.264/AAC) and .flv. Then upload videos to blip.tv.
