If you execute hldsupdatetool.bin on x86_64 Os then it problably won't works.
Then install glibc.i386 (or i586 or i686) to works properly.

on Fedora Core 11
yum install glibc.i686

I had similar issue and my problem was one of the nameservers was down. so I removed it from /etc/resolv.conf and boom it came back to regular speed.

Hello

Thanks for this script. Exactly what I was looking for. :-) And with limited shellscripting abilities, it was nice of you to publish it here.

I've modified the script a little bit, though... And though I would show you, in case you want this yourself. (Feel free to include in the script, if you want)

To get correct timestamp on the JPG-files (according to the RAW-files), include this underneath the exiv2-entry, but above 'echo -e " > Done"':
                        echo -n " > timestamp"
                        touch -r $rawname $jpgname 2>> log
                        [ $? -gt 0 ] && echo -e " \e[1;31mError!\e[0m" && continue

Thanks again for this script. Made my day. :-)
