About

My name is Yu-Jie Lin. You can call me “livibetter“, “Yu-Jie” or “Yu” for short, but DO NOT call me “livi“, that sounds as if I was a girl. I was born in 1981 and I live in Taipei, Taiwan. I was graduated from College in 2004. Currently, I don’t have a job as if people do.

Why livibetter?

Many people asked me “Why do you use livibetter as my nickname?” livibetter stands for “Living Better”. That’s my dream, I want to live better. I don’t want to work for money, I want to work for fun. I don’t want to work, I want fun. I wish someday my life would be easy, fun and happy. I hope I can break the tradition of current world. Having different living pattern. I am too easy to get bored for everything. So if I follow the tradition, my life would be hopeless and pretty dark. So far, the nickname hasn’t worked out.

Photo?

No, I don’t have.

LB was my first icon. I used it on msn and many website. You should understand why did I use “LB” from reading my nickname. It is also the favicon (an icon for website) of Living Better BLOG.

Clip Smile is my current icon. However, I haven’t completely replaced LB icon with Clip Smile in many places. It was born from boring. I tried to use paper clips to form a pattern or an image. Somehow, it became a smile. I put it on Flickr. Later, I decided to make it as my personal icon and it really looks good. If you like it, feel free to use it as your personal icon.
